Challenge

This building previously had many different uses, being, child care, office space and local election centre.
Buildings had been connected to enlarge the spaces with little consideration for longevity and compliances.
Multiple stakeholders presented our design team with multiple challenges.
This project was completed during Covid 19 pandemic.

Solution

Reliance engaged FPPV Architecture to work closely with all stakeholders on design requirements for the space.
The shire superintendent’s communication with the design and construction team was excellent which helped prior and during the construction period.
Management plans saw a clear critical path which enabled all users to be aware of time lines.
A Covid safe plan was created and implemented.
