Challenge

This project was a fit out in a newly constructed building.
Base building fit out had been completed with occupancy permit provided.
The other tenancies were fully occupied, so our access was via shared spaces with high quality finish’s.
Deliveries and lay down area was via the basement carpark.
All infrastructure for services was located in risers that didn’t run through the tenancy.

Solution

As Reliance do with all our projects, a management plan was developed to ensure safety of staff, contractors and building users.
Existing shared spaces were protected to ensure no damage to the existing surfaces. These areas were cleaned as required.
Deliveries were arranged to avoid peak traffic times of occupants in the adjoining tenancy’s.
Reliance had a full time site manager who was dedicated to not only the fit out but the health and safety of the building occupants.
All electrical infrastructure was checked for compliance prior to commencing on site.
Noisy works where carried out after hours after in consultation with Building Managers to mitigate disruption to other tenants.
