Working on commercial buildings in Melbourne’s CBD is always challenging, as access, security and noise are all extra considerations. Fitting out this large office space of approximately 2,000 sqm required careful planning, and working with skilled craftspeople to deliver a complete fit-out to a very high standard for a corporate tenant.
As well as contending with the logistical challenges of the site itself, we’re particularly proud of the detailed work completed throughout this commercial fit-out. In the reception area, the desk features hand machined and planed recycled timbers, and the angled panels in the foyer were fixed to the wall with no fixings visible. To be able to accommodate more than 230 lockers within the space, we utilised groups of lockers as room dividers.
