Challenge

This project involved a large scale construction on a green field site.

The ground is extremely reactive and access to site was difficult due to the location of housing.

Materials nominated were only available from international suppliers and had long lead times.

The facade works involved multiple trades and co-ordination.

Solution

Reliance Constructions work closely with the head contractor to achieve an exceptional outcome.

We cut lead times by sourcing alternative products to those specified, which were happily  accepted by the design team.

Traffic management was key. In partnership with the traffic contractor, we created a plan for delivery of materials and contractor parking.

Also developed was a construction plan that had programming of all trades associated with our façade works.
