Challenge

Ongoing work with a franchise such as Aussie Home Loans means developing a close working relationship with the client. From a construction point of view, the challenge with each new location is to be able to apply a house style of layout to various shopfront sizes.

Solution

We have now completed 18 stores. Each Aussie Home Loan store features a waiting area, a meeting room and individual offices. The colour palette, lighting fixtures, furniture selection and feature vertical timbers are all supplied as part of a standard design, which we then execute to exacting standards for new franchisees all over Melbourne.
