We consider service isolations, changes to entry and exits, relocation of furniture and scheduling that will mean minimal disruption. Live-environment, medical fit-outs, is where we excel.
We understand medical projects need to meet exacting standards of workmanship and finish. Our team and contractors are experienced professionals.
With this in mind we attend to any defects that may arise due to equipment or material failure for a period of 12 months.
We work closely with the Client, Building Surveyors, Architects and Services Consultants to develop modern, practical spaces with budget-conscious design features and ensured constructibility. Once design is agreed, Reliance will provide an extensive tender breakdown and tender submission.
We offer a complete construction service, looking after every stage from securing permits to sourcing contractors. We partner with your architectural team, and we call upon our wide network of trusted suppliers to recommend cost and time efficiencies wherever possible.
We take pride in being able to bring our expertise to problems of every size, and our clients enjoy the peace of mind of having an all-trades 24/7 call-out service. We provide maintenance services with the same creative thinking and attention to detail as our construction.
